Inspired by 'Ghost Cities' by Siang Lu A sentient mountain learns the songs of the villagers, gradually understanding itself through their stories and emotions. He became the keeper of the memories and grows to understand his place through their music. Mountain, who knew nothing and could not stand to be alone, began to sing the folk songs of the villagers, and recognised his name in the breeze. Like Mountain, I've created a landscape layered with memories and stories. Framed in a custom made natural timber float frame 3.5cm deep. Ready to hang |
