Orders will be packed and sent from Melbourne by Australia Post and your order will be updated with a tracking number.

You have an option to purchase Express Shipping at checkout.

International orders are sent by courier or Australia Post International Standard Air Mail. You will have the option to select which one at checkout. Both options include tracking.  Please note, international customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. 

Variations
Crayon Chick chooses to use natural materials for handmade products, therefore slight variations will occur. These variations are a feature with these items and add to their unique qualities. Colours may vary slightly as each piece is individually made. Please note colours may not appear exactly as they appear on your monitor. 

Turnaround
Items are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Handmade products are often made to order, to this end there may be times when this may not be possible and you will be notified.  Please allow up to 1-7 working days before delivery in this instance.

Returns
Is your item not what you expected?

You are welcome to return an item for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt if it is un-used and in original condition with tags/packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Please contact me at michelle@crayonchick.com.au prior to returning any item.

If you received a damaged or faulty item please contact me with a photo of the damage/fault. I'm happy to repair or replace faulty product at your request, or arrange a full refund.  A return shipping label will be sent to you in case of faulty items.
